Jeff has been a Realtor since 1987 and earned his broker appraisers license in 2003. Known by his clients and real estate contemporaries for his honesty, integrity and determination to get the job done right, Jeff’s success record speaks for itself. The many connections he’s made throughout the Adams County community gives him an advantage when helping his clients with clean outs, repairs or moving.
This Adams County native knows his way around Gettysburg and the many towns in the surrounding area. He understands property values and pays close attention to market trends so that he can give his sellers and buyers the best possible advice about buying or selling their home. As a certified appraiser, he is able to assist families in dealing with estate settlements and private sales.
Jeff’s personal involvement in the community includes membership in the Gettysburg-Adams Chamber of Commerce, serving on the HACC Trustee Board since 2004 & the HACC Gettysburg Campus Advisory Board since 1989, service in the Upper Adams Lions Club’s fundraising efforts, former board member for the American Heart Association, and past service on the our local Habitat for Humanity board.

Megan Cellucci

Megan grew up moving around the country as an Air Force brat and later with her husband before finally planting roots in Adams County in 1996. She became an active community volunteer in Upper Adams School District (her three sons are Biglerville HS Grads and Canner athletes), with Collaborating for Youth in Adams County, in St Francis Xavier parish, as well as involvement in various local events. The Community involvement has earned her lifelong friendships and wonderful connections – and it continues.
After raising three boys with her husband Nick, and holding a variety of part-time jobs over those years, Megan started working as a broker’s assistant in 2011. Within a couple of years, she decided it was time to earn her real estate license and joined the ranks of Realtors in 2014. Since then, she’s grown as a listing agent and as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative. Working with first time home buyers is her favorite – combining her love of education, finance, and home.
Megan loves Adams County’s agriculture, small businesses, and history. Her clients appreciate her knowledge of the area as they consider their next home.
